“INTEGRITY PACT”

The management of MOIL has decided to introduce the Integrity Pact in all its contracts/Purchases having value of Rs.15 Crors & above from 1^st April 2007.

The integrity Pact is a voluntary agreement between ‘Principal’ (MOIL) & ‘Vendors’ (Contractors/Suppliers/tenderers) and is being introduced to bring in transparency in the tendering process and with the aim to set the tone of the organization to adhere the best ethical norms.

The other aim of IP is to infuse confidence & trust in the bidders and provide level playing field for all contenders and improve the credibility of procedures & administration and bring in transparency in the tendering process.
