Procedure for logging Complaint with Vigilance deptt.
The management of Manganese Ore (India), ( A Govt. Undertaking ) has decided that in order to have transparency and creating the corrupt free working environment in the organization, if any one notice or aggrieved by an act of omission/commission by the officials of MOIL or find any irregularity in awarding the contract or any deviation in procurement process or marketing, he can lodge complaint on the web site of MOIL. The complaint should be addressed to the Chief Vigilance officer at mail to: cvo@moil.nic.in
The following norms should be adhered while logging the complaint:
1. Complaint can be lodged only against employees of the
organization.
2. The Vigilance Department does not entertain anonymous /
pseudonymous complaints.
3. Whenever the complaint for valid reasons request that
his identity be withheld while processing the complaint, this will be ensure by
the company.
4. Complaints must be brief and contain factual details,
verifiable facts and related matters.
