Dear Sirs,

The Company’s prices of various grades of manganese ore which will be

applicable w.e.f. 01.01.2010 are given at Annexure-I, enclosed herewith. The contract

period shall be upto 31.03.2010. Other terms are as follows.

1. Earnest Money Deposit clause As per the contract and

General Terms and Conditions.

2. Payment:

As per Contract & General Terms and Conditions.

3.      Sales-Tax, Excise Duty, Royalty, VAT, Madhya Pradesh Gramin Avsanrachna

tatha Sadak Vikas Adhiniyam 2005 Tax, Levies etc. : Extra as applicable.

4. Validity of Price : MOIL reserve the right to revise the prices any time

during the contract period. Prices ruling on the date

of dispatch shall be charged.

5. Quantity Discount : NIL.

6.                     You are requested to send your requirements, so as to reach the

undersigned by 7^th January, 2010.

7.            This letter conveys only the price and the terms and conditions for sale of Manganese

Ore and it should not be construed as any kind of commitment of any nature.
